The Center for Science in the Public Interest is a D.C.-based nonprofit organization focused on topics such as public health and food safety. As a communications intern, I was responsible for independently planning, filming, and producing educational videos targeting millennial and Gen Z audiences on TikTok and Instagram.

Besides, I also created a web page called Chemical Cuisine. This is an interactive database that lists hundreds of common food additives. Users can interact with it based on various categorization and sorting bases such as hazard level, purposes, and first letter. I also made UX enhancements based on feedback from Google Analytics.
